When Sum 41 released the single "We're All To Blame," I remember being excited for Chuck's release as it was a great turning point for the band. Personally, this album reminds me of my high school shenanigans, and also a milestone in my life of losing a friend that changed my group of friends permanently. That being said. Sum 41's 'Chuck' will always hold a special place near and dear to me.
The tone of Dave Baksh and Deryck Whibley's guitars and amps give a powerful, rich sound that I have not heard on many punk albums. The heavy guitars and catchy lyric melodies have made Chuck a timeless album for me that I can still listen to when the mood strikes.
